      • Who I Want to Meet:

Anyone. People who live life. Don't imitate, inovate
(thanks Hugo Boss). Dare to be different. Life is what you make it, and it's good and beautiful! I wanna meet people who love to be active on the weekends, but who are also cool with just chillin at home.
If you drop me a message, include your favorite coffee shop, and restaurant (no chains like Starbucks please). My favorite cafe is Karma Coffee, and this months favorite restaurants are Cobra's & Matador, El Coyote, Cafe des Artists. LiveStrong!

Please don't hit me up for a friend request if we don't know each other
personally. The people listed below are friends that I spend time with, not just a bunch of faces. ("borrowed" these lines from Friendster Mike, hope you don't mind!). LiveStrong!

      • At a recent party, Jaroen came up to me and someone I'd brought along solely as a guest and friend. Jaroen looked us up and down and said, "You two should have sex tonight."

And it's exactly that kind of subtlety that I love about him. Unfortunately my friend and I didn't have sex that night, so I was a little disillusioned with J's powers of persuasion, but oh well.

Actually the whole point of this is that it's a great example of the "what you see is what you get" thing about him. He's honest and genuine and free of artifice which is a rare find in this city. And besides that, he's one of the sweetest guys you'll ever meet.

But next time, J, try to be a little harder to be more convincing, cause I really would've liked to have sex that night. :)

      • Enthusiastic, thoughtful and impervious to negativity,
Jeroen gives me hope on many levels. He came to the
States to chase after his dreams, whatever the cost.
Bit by bit, he's seeing those goals and aspirations to
fruition, smiling all the way. Simply put: he's a
formidable individual, and a valued friend.
