About Me:
5 things that I'm good at:
1) Listening
2) Following directions
3) Carrying heavy loads on my back
4) Being patient
5) Making lists
5 things that I don't do well:
1) Talking in front of large groups of people (greater than 3)
2) Spelling the words "definitly," "monkies," and "dinning."
3) Making good first impressions
4) Eating with chopsticks
5) Describing myself
"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming: "WOW--What a Ride!!!" --- don't know who said it, but it lives on my fridge

Who I Want to Meet:
Independent, free-thinkers. Good people. People who appreciate humor in a little bit of sarcasm. Ok, maybe a lot of sarcasm. People who are interested in living outside the box. People who stick around till the end of the credits. Non-smokers. People who want to go to shows. People who will push me to take more risks in all aspects of my life. People who aren't "trying" to be something. People who recycle. People I can tease. People who will tease me back. People who hesitate to say "when," while everyone else does. Sincere people. People who prefer to take the stairs. People with an opinion. People who listen to their music LOUD (singing in the car is optional). People who aren't "people."

Testimonials and Comments for Brant
Take him with you when you go out to nature, see a band, or go to a movie.
He is critical and hopefully will give you his honest opinion on things...I
respect this about him. I have not any metaphors that would do him justice,
how can one speak of spirit and passion that is sublime and twilightish, if
you understand me. Sparks that venture his way might unleash fiery wit and
fun lovingness. Rigid and fluid with life, brave and courageous with
modesty's intellect, I wish I could say more about him or spend more time
with this guy, whether it is lingering in the echoes of a passing day or engaging in some event that will send ripples in our lives. Until those times I will have to be satisfied with sharing music and playing DJ
mountain ranges away from each other.
run in a gang called the Guppies. We got
scraped up now and then, but we managed
to pull through, get on track and find
our ways into respectable educational
institutions and lucrative (ha!) jobs.
We've been through a lot together and
god willing, we'll have a few more
adventures between us in the years
ahead. I keep trying to get him to come
out to New York, but he's too smart for
that...
...and he makes an incredible mix tape,
er... I mean CD...and he's courteous
enough to add the track listings.
amusing) cynical edge - Brant's a helluva
sweet fellow. He's also handy with haiku.
1/2 a year (enough time to get to know
anyone) and I would have to say he's a
fantabulous guy! I've known Brant for
about 10 years and I'm always happy to
introduce him to people I know. If
you're into alt/indie msuic, politics,
movies, or the great outdoors Brant is
the person to hang with. The
conversations are most stimulating ;)
No really, I mean that with all my heart!!!
