About Me:
I'm the fiery-dreadlocked androgynous rock star freak
your mother warned you about. Well, actually, that's not
true. Moms love me. I'm the lead singer for San
Francisco rock band Blue Period. With my partner, the
Mysterious D, I DJ every week at The Stud (Cheap Trick)
and The Cinch (Smashed), as well as throwing our
monthly mash-up party, Bootie, the first all-bootleg club
in the United States. I also have a 'real job' -- or at least
one that pays the rent -- namely that of being the art
director for the Bay Area Reporter, a gay/lesbian
newsweekly, which involves sitting in front of a
Macintosh computer. I like making stuff look pretty,
which is why I also design CD packaging for various
local bands. And last but not least, I'm an old-school
Burning Man vet, the editor and publisher of Black Rock
City's favorite alternative newspaper, Piss Clear. Oh
yeah, and I like to take roadtrips into the desert.

...It's been longer than you can possibly imagine since I have seen you, but I honestly have to say you are one of the "fiercest" human beings to have walked the face of this planet, AND you are definitely my favorite San Francisco Rock Star that I know!
I am glad you were born to this planet! To set the STANDARD for the so many lost and fumbling individuals...And to make my world, OUR world, the UNIVERSE a better place. Even if...(reprise-back to the beginning)...It's been longer than you can possibly imagine since I have seen you!
Happy Happy Birthday Adrian! (and Merry Christmas too!)
