How do I upload a photo from my cellphone to my Friendster account?

To upload a photo, create a MMS message with 2276 in the “To:” field. Attach the photo you wish to upload and if you would like to add a caption for it, enter the text in the MMS body (text is optional). Press SEND once you are done (for Globe subscribers).

I keep sending someone a message but they don't seem to get it or reply to me.

It is possible that the user has blocked you from sending the messages. If someone chooses to block your messages, that person will no longer see your messages and will not have any indication that you have sent messages to them. To protect the user's privacy, you will not be notified that you have been blocked from sending messages to the user.
If the user is someone that you are able to contact by other methods, feel free to contact them to see if you were accidentally blocked by that person. Unfortunately, Friendster cannot relay messages to people on your behalf.

Why do I get zero matches when I do a friend search?

Friend search is for your first degree friends ONLY. To search for a first degree friend by name, only the FIRST name that you are searching for should be entered. If you type in first name + last name, you will receive zero matches.

What's the character limit when sending messages in Friendster Mobile Text Messages?

Some of my testimonials, messages, or friends are missing. Or items I delete are back.

Friendster has made a number of recent changes to our service to improve your experience and make things faster. One of those changes is to make sure that you are always connected to the fastest server we can provide you at any given moment. This change however means that as you move around on our service, you might be connected to a server that has not been updated with your latest data (like new messages or testimonials) or recent changes you made. The result is that you might see things missing from your profile, or added back to it, until all of our servers are updated with the changes to your profile. One thing you can do is simply use the refresh button on your browser to reload the page from a different server. Doing this once or more times should bring back your data. We are working on this particular issue right now and hope to have it cleared up soon.
