Okay, sweetcheeks there's a way around it.. whenever you say no... it will always deal a negative blow a bit on the mindset.. but worry not..like one person i know.. "I may not like it, but I am a man.." - Amuro Ray there is no one to be blamed for these instances.. simply say no and apologize..that's it.. and let him know that we can be friends and sort... buffering with an apology is a good thing. saying a rejection piece without an apology is mostly deemed or people may think that you're a "moody" person. Simply be kind in rejecting.. and just walk them away with a smile that's the way I see it.. I've been rejected both harsh and kind..so I'd know too ^_^ just my 500 yen

But I can give an advice or two.. to lessen the pain.. 1.Don't be too close to that person or he'll love you more(it'll be harder to reject him) 2.When that person confessed to you and your not ready to give that answer yet... " just add this if you like another person "I'm in-love with someone else.. sorry(as you can see the sorry word is crossed.. never say sorry it'll be harder for him to move on)" 5.Don't request any strange things to that person like "If you really love me then would you kill yourself for me?" it might be a joke but some guys thinks of this thing harshly.. 6.When rejecting someone.. it's better to smile to him.. cause if that guy really loves you he'll be happy if he saw you smiling.. He won't just quit after that.. I prefer for the girl to just enjoy(unlike toying the boys heart) the romantic things that the guys prepared for you... 7.When you said NO to that person be prepared the change of pace.. I mean if your use that he always sticks around you be prepared to hang out with other people... Some relationships like this ends up this way.. so be prepared 8. Lastly, Read the mood.. I mean look if that person is desperate or not.. cause if yes.. He'll be like a stalker... if not.. it's okay go on.. reject a heart... Always smile to that person!!

You'll hurt them more that way. Just tell the truth as it is. Want a real-life example? Here's one: I have two bestfriends. One's a guy and another's a gal. My bestfriends know me better than anyone else does including my mother. When I had a girlfriend and my gf was giving me a ring, I saw my lady bestfriend from the corner of my eye shed some tears. I thought, she was just jealous that I'm giving my attention to someone else when before she always had my full attention. I was wrong. Many years later, she asked me the unthinkable. Since I didn't want to reject her, I told her how I respect her and how I love her more than a lover or a mother. She got too happy with that statement but what I really meant was I love her as a very special friend but never as a lover. She didn't have any serious boyfriends since then and when an opportunity arises, she always asks me to stay with her. I always looked for alibis to stay away. Now. That hurts. I feel guilty that I have wasted so many years in her life by not telling her the truth as it is especially for someone who has been a very special part of me.
