kalabasa good for 3 person  without skin, cut into cubes, boiled in water with a little of veg.bouillon, enough to cover the kalabasa, when cooked, use the mixer or stab mixer to make a creamy soup out of it.season to taste, (you can omit the cream, instead you can use coconut cream)  sprinkle of parsley or coriander and some kalabasa seed .

So it's Skyflakes(bottom layer) - Salsa - Beef(top layer)
in that order :)

sorry, im still confused, GROUND beef means its minced, and GRILL means cook like a barbecue, so, how can we grill a ground meat? unless you mean we have to make the ground beef into a patty like or saute it into a frying pan.

your recipe seems new and i really want to try it but i need to learn the original recipe before i make my own. thanks.

Crocodile meat is one of my favourite meats.. The tail fillet is usually the one consumed. The flavour of croco meat is very subtle. It tastes like chicken/turkey-seafood hybrid. It is that complicated lol.  The best herb/spice to pair with croco meat is the wattle seed.

WATTLED CROCODILE

ing.
1kg crocodile fillet (preferably boneless tail)
60g ground wattled seeds
1 large piece of damp paperbark, thinned
salt, to taste

method:
Evenly coat the crocodile meat with the ground wattle seeds and lightly season with salt. Roll into a log shape then place in the centre of the paperbark. Place in a steamer basked and steam for about 20 minutes then turn over and steam for 20 minutes on the other side. Set aside to cool then chill over night in the refrigerator.

The following day unwrap the meat and slice thinly.

RE: simple tasty recipe by original people!

ok since no one has put a ultra solid mouth watering meat dish, allow me....trust me i'm a Texan i know what i am saying.

Ribs with homemade BBQ sauce (2 parts)

2 cups sliced onions
4 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup of white vinegar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
mustard and ketchup (i'll explain amount later)
Worcestershire sauce
4 pounds pork spareribs
alcoholic drink think more of a whiskey or a very strong beer

so here's what you do, you get your meat cut it evenly then put it in a container big enough to hold all pieces and make sure you have room in the fridge for it because it takes time to "tenderize it".  your going  to get that pork totally drunk with the alcohol you use...personally i use Jack Daniels or Jim Beam or alternately you may use any bourbon whiskey...i find Old Crow very suitable as well. just make sure it covers most of pork. next you add on the worcester sauce and if your local market carries it "liquid smoke"...about 3 teaspoons is enough of each. add the onions and salt and some ground pepper. place in fridge overnight or at least prep 4-5 hours in advance.

preheat oven to about 325-350 degrees F

grab a oven safe container, line it with foil...apply vegetable oil on foil place meat in container...do not pour all "marinade" into  oven safe container, just a very little amount. cover entire top of oven safe container with foil. slap in the oven for roughly
1.5-2hours(varies with ovens, so keep a eye on it dumbass!)

mean time you can make your very own bbq sauce or if you don't want the hassle buy what ever sauce you want from the grocery store and bare with me or skip to next step.

get like 2-3 cups worth of ketchup and 5 tablespoons of musturd mix with 3 tablespoons of vinegar mix well together.....add some water if to thick. add a quarter cup of brown sugar to mixture. now that is your base for the bqq sauce, at this point if you want to add other spices or flavorings now's the time to do it. or alternately if you bought bqq from the store follow along at this point.

so about the last 15mins of meat being in the oven or when it is just about well done...add the sauce directly on the meat, make sure it covers everything...and cover the top once gain...wait 15mins and your done....enjoy and your welcomed for the recipe. should feed 4-5 people.
