that one is really good.. one of the chefs where i work at made that for us one slow night, and it was sooo good.. but instead of the ingredients chopped, he had them all diced so it looks more like a side dish (kinda looks like salsa)..

oh and add some olive oil and balsamic vinegar.. goodness, am i drooling right now? lol.

SALISBURY STEAK

remove ketchup and mustard in the above recipe
add 1 piece chopped green bellpepper, half cup of breadcrumbs and 1 egg. mix well,
shape into patties. grill medium well and drizzle with mushroom gravy
serve with cheezy macaroni.

1 tbsp flour- heat in a pan for a minute then;
1 tbsp butter - add to flour until melted, stirring constantly then;
1 small stalk celery.chopped - add this and saute for a minute
1/2 cup instant mushroom soup diluted in a cup of water - add this again gradually while continue stirring, and add soy sauce for coloring about a teaspoon or so.
heat for a minute until thick and not lumpy.

INSTANT CHEESE MAC
1 jar cheese pimientos
1 package macaroni boiled for 11minutes in plain water, drained

*melt cheese pimientos in a pan, add macaroni until well coated. heat 1 minute. done.
or
after cooking, put it in a pyrex dish and microwave for 2-3mins to attain a more "sticky" consistency
