One of the greatest experience i had here in china is to Join The``China Foreigners Talents Contest a.k.a China Idol....This contest was sponsored by China Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation....This competition runs for almost 3 months.First round, all qualified contestants should have audition first in Preliminary Rounds, hmm..were more than 130 contestants from diff countries join, then i got a call that i was selected to be part of the semi-Finals,were 30 contestant only get qualified for semi finals!!..i was so happy and excited coz it was my Dream come true to join like this contest even when i was a kid and its more nicer coz its in abroad....In semi-finals night,i won as one of the grand finalist....were only more than 10 contestants selected to join in Grand finals.The Grand Finals night was held in peoples Stadium in Nanjing which is also aired in Television. I won as Ist Runner up....yeah i make it!! im Proud to be Filipina and i would like to uplift the Filipino Community here in China!!________________________
In the Grand Finals Night,I never could emagine the show will be that Awesome!!! Artistic Stage,Fireworks,
Honorable Guests,Great Music,Crowded People and Media Press.Being Part of the Competition is really a very nice experience that i will treasure until Lifetime.Though im not the Grand Winner,to compete with the rest of contestant from different countries is already a tough job for a Pinoy like me!! The Grand winner was from Canada who sing a very nice chinese Opera.To won as 1st Runner up Award is already big thing for me because I know i gave all my best Performance that night and i Enjoy the experience,thats the best part_____________________In my perfor mance,I have a Chinese Backup Dancers which is really good movers..i choose just to Dance with my Chinese Fan so it will be more graceful,i cannot dance with some of my chinese stuff i use in the semi-finals coz i need to sing at the Same time.Ofcourse i Sing the remix Version of ``Di Da Di`...We have a Song album in the contest,all the songs of contestants was gathered and we sing it professionaly in the recording studio in nanjing________________________
In my performance in Grand Finals,i really like to hear the crowd shouting and clapping for me...it makes gaves me more energy and i want to show them all ive got! After my part..ahhh! i said yeahaaaa!!! i make it!!_______________________________________I enjoy being seen on stage,video camera is all over the stadium,peoples shouting and cheering,feels great to be applause by so many audience.Dreams Come True!___________________________________________The grand winners and runners up Got a price Trip to Hongkong Disneyland ,all expense paid by the Jiangsu broadcasting corporation and also we got some cash and gifts.Im so Thankful for a my wonderful man who support me in everything i do,without you my Labs, i couldnt make it!! Love him so much!!_____________

I was touch by the people who applause in my Performance,i think thats the most fulfilling part of an artist,to see the audience loves you.I was very happy somehow that i make it and i never get nervous.I might not be the best singer nor the best dancer but i gave my very best everytime i perform...it seems like im just enjoying whenever i perform and i dont mind if other people will look at me...i even like to perform well when theres a lot of people looking at me..it makes me to have more good courage when everyone stares at me onstage.`lakasan lang ng loob yan` thats always my point.Kung magpapatalo ka sa takot mo..eh lalo kang matatalo.Pero kung magtitiwala ka,na kaya mo!! Gooo..kaya yan! Pagnatalo,tanggapin mo at susunod pagbutihan na``...Its like living in our life, dont be afraid to face it coz no matter how u try to just live the way u wanted,theres a lot of troubles were going to encounter.So be a good Fighter,dont give up so easy and for sure at the end ul gonna Make It!!! The Grand Opening in the grand finals was really Great!!!..Just like the usual variety show in Pinas but,they are all organized and lots of crowd cheering on the stadium.First,theres the China Jiangsu Dancers Have their Opening Dance..then one by one the contestants walk infront of the door that opens and singing the Opening song..Some contestants also come from the other side..(You can view the photos of the contestants here also)Then Goes the first contestants from japan..he sing a chinese Song.After that,was contestants from Uk and Romania do a duet song while playing guitar.Then my performance was next.i love the crowd in my part!! Wohooo! i perform like nobody is watching, i love to do it..im really having fun!!!Next is the group from Malaysia who plays the fluet and Piano at the same time.The childrem from United States show also some Chinese Circus..together with there Teachers.The canadian man do a Chinese Opera which is really great,that make him the Grand winner! The kankulai guys from germany are really funny..the crowd really love them.The Indian girls show an artistic buddha Dance.One contestants also from Thailand show an chinese art painting.Kungfu Fan dance was performed by the Lady from America.
In my performance in semi-finals, i dressed up like a cool traditional chinese girl..i wear a chinese dress that i cut shorter and cut a slit on the front so i can dance..and i wear red shades so i cant see the judges..hehe.I won the best custome kasi naman nagmukha akong `pinay chekwa` ..yeheyy!!First i dance a famous song in china called `ye ye ye`...i select it because u can hear it everycorner of the street in china..i was holding my paper umbrella when i came up onstage trying to protrait a Traditional Funky Cool China Girl i even wear Cool shades to look more Fun! I have many chinese stuff that i use in my dance,ofcourse a touch from Philippine Culture....In my jazz dance i use the cute beijing flags,dance with fan (muslim dance),Chinese decorations,Chopstick,Chinese Flag,Chinese tea cup with candle(pandango sa ilaw),`Ampaw`...after dancing,i sing a coco lee`s medley song...When im done!! ahhh..i feel Good!

And now i am in a country which i can
see every cool stuff created.i have my
chance to get them,its also more
cheaper here in China,well maybe im a
lil bit lucky to be here in this city
i am now.This place really fits

During my stay in china,i would say that im very much fulfilled with everything happens .I went to china just on my own,trying to find a luck for myself coz i know i will no good future in philippines_______________________________
At first time i was in china,it was really hard,I encounter lots of trials.il not mention all those trials but il share some like: at first day i arrived in the airport in Wenzhou china no one pick me up in the airport so i need to ask help of the police to contact my friend,i waited for almost 5 hrs..i try to be brave but i cant help but to Cry...My visa got expired thats why i need to pay penalty in police office and at first i cannot find job at all,i was planning to go back philippines already after 1 month that i stay in china,but i still try to be brave though my passport is already expired that time,i was afraid if a police caught me for sure i will be deported...I never mention to my parents the true situation whenever i try to call them because i dont want them to get worried,i always tell my mom that im fine and im doing good.....I dont have friends that time that can help me,i dont even have Pinoy friends since im new....when im decided already to go back phils,someone offer me a job,to be a singer in a chinese restaurant,i can breath already that time,i said this is the beginning of everything.I work as a ^Singing Cook^, we dressed up like cooks and sing the guest.I cant even receive salary since i need to pay my penalty on visa.I said its ok,at least the good thing i have my job already.i work there for almost 6 months and when our contract finish,my group go philippines to have vacation,but i decided to stay.One owner in one restro discover my talent being good in guest entertaining and my good personality, so he hire me as Manager incharge in Paulaner restro in changzhou!..thats the time everything just turn out right,i work hard to be good and try to gain trust of all the foreigners guest i meet and all in all i do good job,it was proven last birthday i have when everyone show their love in my Party.I meet...I also meet my Swiss bf here that time and in few days now we will have our First year Anniversary;-) thats one of nicest things that happen to me here,i meet the man i have been dreaming of.When i went my first vacation in Philippines last year, at least i knew i done good in first time i been abroad and especially my Bf was with me and im so happy with everything already.
As of now, happy with my Career as Singer performer coz this is really the Life i wanted to even before.the lesson i learn in my Journey here is ^^THERE IS NO GAIN,WITHOUT PAIN^^^
