About Me:
Somebody once told me I was a fish on a bicycle. I looked in the mirror, and all I could see was a parakeet on a Volkswagen. That analogy explains my surreal days. On my more ordinary days, I breathe and blog live -- and daily, or thereabouts -- on eatingthesun.blogspot.com. What else? My sense of humor exists in theory. But I'm a great guy, after coffee at 8 a.m. Plus, I am the embodiment of perfect and noble snobbishness, but really that's just to hide the insecure boy in me. Beyond the facade, you will be greatly surprised to know that I am human, more human than, say, Britney Spear's left breast. I am wacky and serious all at the same time -- a condition which seriously gives me a headache. And my writing? My writing is beautiful bullshit, really, but bullshit that I love because it keeps me sane -- and I get genuinely surprised that some people actually like it. :) Oh, dear God, I'm not doing well, am I, trying to sell myself?
