Friendster is great-it should be called employmentster or apartmentster or even lovester! This site and the people I have met have here have benefited me so much! I cannot believe I found a new job on this site, but I did! I have even adopted cats, met a few men, and gone to some exciting private parties! I owe you guys a huge debt of gratitude.

Friendster helps me keep in touch with friends back home now that I am away at college. It is more robust than email, less expensive than the telephone and does not require stamps. At the same time, I use Friendster to tap into the university's social hotbed and connect with new people. It's not terrible either to have that girl I saw on Friendster magically appear in lecture!

Friendster has allowed me a forum through which to express
myself and tell people who I really am without the added
pressure of online dating. Friendster is great, b/c it
doesn’t take itself too seriously and neither do I. I’ve
also had the opportunity to spread the word about the
service, by using it as a way to market and promote my
one-woman show……and it worked!

As for Friendster, I love it! I use it to keep in touch
with people I haven’t seen in 10 years and with whom I
might have not reconnected. I have looked up job applicants
on Friendster as a way to check them out, I look up people
I meet at and receptions and meetings get a little
background on them, and I have even successfully
facilitated some dating via Friendster…..Stop being lame
already and join!

I found out that I know someone who knows someone who knows
someone who is friends with Jerri from Survivor!
Friendster makes me feel good because my friends write all
these great testimonials about me. The bulletin board has
helped keep me in the loop on parties, live music, etc. I
found out my friends are friends with some attractive
single women as well...

Friendster is great for people living in New York. When
looking for a restaurant, movie, or new music
recommendation, I go to Friendster and ask my network of
friends for advice. When I discover something new and cool
to do in the city, I share it with my friends on
Friendster. I also love setting up my single Friendsters
with each other via Friendster!

My friend got me to join Friendster, and so far I am really
having fun with it. I have already invited five people to
join up with me. I invited them because I am so far from
them since I moved away, so this is a fun way to keep in
touch. I like Friendster because I can connect with people
all over. I have already found another person who likes to
scuba dive.

We all know that meeting people out in the wild is a risky
proposition. With Friendster, you meet people through
people that you already know and trust. So it's like
having an infinite social network.
