Banish all those feelings if you have been bottling up many such unfortunate encounters that caused you to feel the way you shouldn't, it is unhealthy
I was down but now i'm blessed.
Life have its ups and downs and it can also mean losing and gaining something in return. I've learnt this simply analogy and think it is soooooooooooo true, have more faith & love in yourself and things will work its way out.
And often the hardest thing to do is standing up on your feet to make the first move to MOVE ON & you will see life in a better perspective, in a better view of light.. :)
Even if something in the day spoils my mood, i'd still end the day laughing off.
I love to lift the mood in every corner of place i go as long as i am around.
